Parr Ledger is a monthly subscription. This page explains how payment, cancellation, and refunds work, in plain language.
Access to the Parr Ledger costs Rs 299 per month.
Payment is made manually by bank transfer and confirmed with you individually each month by email. We do not store your card details and we never auto-charge you, no payment happens unless you make it yourself.
Your account is activated by us after your payment is confirmed. If a monthly payment is not received, access may be suspended until it is, you will not be charged anything automatically.
Because you pay month by month and keep access for the full month you have paid for, we do not offer refunds or pro-rated refunds for partial months or unused time.
Genuine billing mistakes are always corrected. If you paid twice by accident, paid but your account was not activated, or were asked to pay for a period you had already covered, contact us and we will refund or adjust it.
Cancelling your subscription does not delete your data, if you come back and resume payment, your ledger is exactly as you left it. If you want your data permanently deleted, you can do that yourself from the Settings screen in the app at any time, or ask us to do it.
If the subscription price changes in the future, we will tell active subscribers in advance by email. Any change applies from your next payment: never retroactively, and never as a surprise charge (we cannot charge you automatically at all).
