These terms govern your use of Parr, including the Parr Ledger app and this website. By using any part of Parr, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
Parr is a product designed and operated in Lahore, Pakistan. We can be reached at parrstudioo@gmail.com.
What it is. The Parr Ledger is a web-based business management tool for home businesses. It is accessed via a browser, there is no app store download required.
Subscription. Access to the Parr Ledger costs Rs 299 per month. Payment is confirmed with you individually each month by email after your bank transfer. We do not auto-charge your card, you pay manually each cycle.
Activation. Your account is activated by us after payment is confirmed. If payment is not received, access may be suspended until it is.
Fair use. The Parr Ledger is for your own business use only. You may not resell, sublicense, or share your account with others outside your business.
Availability. We aim for the app to be available at all times, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance where possible.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Do not share your password. If you suspect your account has been accessed without your permission, contact us immediately.
You may delete your account at any time from the Settings screen inside the app. Deletion is permanent: all your data is erased immediately and cannot be recovered.
Everything you enter into Parr, client names, measurements, orders, notes, belongs to you. We do not claim ownership of your data. We store it on your behalf so you can access it.
You are responsible for ensuring that the data you enter does not violate any applicable law (for example, if you store client information, you are responsible for having their consent where required).

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, without refund.
You can cancel your subscription at any time by notifying us by email. You will retain access until the end of the period you have already paid for. We do not offer prorated refunds for partial months.
We may cancel your subscription if payment is not received within 7 days of the due date, or if you violate these terms.
Parr is provided as-is. We are not liable for any loss of data, lost business, or indirect damages arising from your use of the service. Our maximum liability in any situation is limited to the amount you paid us in the 30 days preceding the claim.
We strongly recommend keeping your own backup of important business records, especially client measurements and order histories.
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify active subscribers by email at least 7 days before the change takes effect. Continued use of Parr after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Lahore, Pakistan.
Some accounts may have access to an invite-only beta feature that reads a photographed or uploaded business document using an AI model and prepares an editable draft. Access is granted individually to specific accounts by us and is not tied to any particular subscription plan. This beta is also subject to a daily limit on how many documents an account may submit, which we may adjust at any time. The following terms apply specifically to this feature.
AI extraction may be incomplete or wrong. The feature is provided as a starting point, not a guarantee of accuracy. It may misread handwriting, miss items, get a price or phone number wrong, or fail to read a document at all, especially photos that are blurry, poorly lit, at an angle, or contain unusual layouts. Real-world accuracy has not been independently measured and should not be assumed from any demo or synthetic example we may show.
You are responsible for reviewing the draft. Nothing extracted from a document is saved to your account until you have reviewed each field, corrected anything wrong, resolved any duplicate matches, and explicitly confirmed. Do not confirm an import without checking it, you are responsible for the accuracy of what you save, the same as if you had typed it in yourself.
You choose the image. You manually select or photograph each document. Parr does not automatically pull images from your phone, camera roll, or any other source without you actively choosing them inside the import screen.
Parr does not connect to or read WhatsApp. This feature does not access WhatsApp, your messages, or any chat history in any way. If a document originated in a WhatsApp conversation, you are responsible for saving and selecting that image yourself, exactly like any other photo.
This feature may be changed, limited, or withdrawn at any time as part of its beta status, including for individual accounts.
